I don’t usually bother to review but this is an exception. This mat suits me perfectly. I am tall but very skinny. The length of the mat is perfect for me but more importantly is the thickness and comfort. Because I am skinny and have a “bony” back I get sores exercising on normal thickness mats. This one solves that problem. It is spongy and absorbs my lumps and bumps without rubbing and causing sores. Hurrah!

Thick and soft. Comfortable to lay on and work out on. Absorbs sound and I'm able to jump on it without much of a sound being made. The mat is bouncy and thick enough that you can jog on it, lift weights on it and complete other workouts comfortably without any pain of a hard floor.Only minor issue i had was a small weak spot in the mat when I unwrapped it and creasing when rolling it up again. These weren't such a big deal to me. Honestly best gym equipment i have.

I can’t lie flat on carpet or the thin yoga mats so this thicker one is perfect.

I used the mat for a Pilates class. I have various back issues and so a thin mat was a definite no but this 20 millimetre mat is perfect and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Nice comfortable mat for pilates. The only issue was that it didn't come with a carrying strap although the pictures showed other mats with them.
