I recently purchased the Neon Rope Lights, and I have to say, they've added a whole new dimension to my home decor. Here's my in-depth review:Ease of Installation: Installing these lights was a breeze. They came neatly packaged with clear instructions. I was able to cut them to the perfect length for my needs without any issues.User-Friendly App: The accompanying app took a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. It's an essential part of the experience, allowing you to control the lights with ease.Packaging Surprise: One thing that caught me off guard was that I ordered two 50ft rope lights, and they arrived in different packaging, each with a different remote control. Initially, this seemed like an inconvenience, but it turned out not to be a deal-breaker for me since I was primarily using the app for control.Connectivity: I initially expected these lights to connect to everyone's phone in my house seamlessly. Unfortunately, they didn't meet this expectation, which was one of my requirements. However, I decided to stick with the app, so it wasn't a significant issue for me.Scheduled Lighting: One of the standout features of these Neon Rope Lights is the ability to set up schedules. I have my lights set to turn on and off automatically, and it works like a charm. My only wish is that there was an option to set up a second schedule, perhaps for the weekends with different times.Color and Brightness: The colors and brightness of these lights are fantastic. The media could not be loaded. I liked that these did not have the adhesive, and were totally incased to defuse the lights. First set has a bad connection on the inside of the connector as seen in the video. Got the replacement set, tested and all was well. Then spent the next hour installing the hangars with the smallest screw possible. Not a normal size Philips, this is like a #0 size. I would not wish installing this on my worst enemy as if you have a screw driver this size, it is probably small and is going to kill your hand by time you are done. For a cordless drill you need a long skinny bit holder in order to clear the plastic tabs.Lastly, after installing all the plastic hangars in my daughters room. I was ready to install the lights and be done. Then as seen in the 2 pictures, this was my reward as I unraveled them. They stick to themselves and rip, very easily I might add. I was thinking of getting some of these for outside the house, but after seeing how delicate the "rubber" is, I do not think they would last very long.I am returning these for a refund and have ordered a different brand. Which, if this review is enough to give you second thoughts, be careful as I saw at least 3 other lights, different "brand" names that looked similar, and when looking at the ads. The boxes were 100% the same. I did find a totally different brand, that is cheaper, before the fake deal of 50% off and is 65' in total length. I ordered them and got a 4 year protection for less than these. Not sure they could fare worse than these, but we will see.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:To be honest, it was a shot in the dark, but the product is impressive rubber coating for waterproof. It doesn’t change colors after been in the water for a period of time. Lighting is great controller works perfect good all-around product little adhesive on it would be cool, but I like product

I purchased these neon rope lights for my living room, and they've exceeded my expectations! The colors are vibrant, and the light is smooth with no flickering. The media could not be loaded. Doesn’t do a rainbow color like the picture, it only does solid colors that fade into another solid color that’s the only reason for 4 stars. Nice and bright. If you are doing a design there didn’t seem to be enough clips company needs to send more.
