With a heavy metal build and beautiful all red finish, this most attractive espresso machine can be proudly placed anywhere. Whether at home or at work, it never fails to attract comment from visitors. More importantly, it makes great espresso and cappuccino with both ground coffee and appropriate round coffee sachets.The only let down for me is that it doesn't automatically control the delivery of the pressure water - you have to stand by the machine to manually stop the water when the desired level in the cup is reached. So if you're distracted for one reason or another, the water overflows. Some other machines deliver pre-set water dosages and stop automatically. For most people this is not an issue, but that's the only reason I did not score this item with the full 5 stars.This is a terrific coffee maker and, in terms of taste, can almost match bigger and more expensive models found in cafés and restaurants.
