Arrived on time and as described.

The water is pure and taste delicious.

The filter arrived. Token. Went through the returns process and contacted Doulton as thought they should be aware. They called me back after requesting call back. Explained the situation sent in a photo of broken filter. I sent the filter back via Amazon returns which they said was ok. Doulton have sent a new filter to me which was received the next day. All very good excellent customer service. New filter works fine. No issues.

Bought two filters connected them both only had a trickle coming through the filter. When removed the water pressure hit the bottom of the sink and soaked me so ample water pressure
