I was told by the seller that this would not work on my 2008 3.7l v6 Grand Cherokee, but it works completely fine. Tuner and everything that comes. Just one thing that bugged me is that I did not get the tuner for almost a month after I was told by ups and Amazon that it was delivered. The tuner is great, but shipping wise, was not handled very well.

After spending all this money on a brand new product, you don't expect things to go wrong, but they do. I plugged in the device to my car and it won't let me select a tune because it needs to update, granted most new devices require it anyway, no problem. Spent the next two hours waiting to update, plug it into my car again after it said everything's all set, now I'm getting error messages when it tries to scan my car's PCM. What a waste of time and money. Just go to the dyno if you want a tune.

It definitely is a quality product. But, I really don’t think it was worth the $660 I paid for it. At the highest setting and 91 octane he got my 0 to 60 time in my 2014 dodge ram hemi big horn at 6.4 seconds. It shaved off close to one second! So looking at it in that aspect... it’s a decent buy.... I prefer the cheaper bulldog product personally. Where you can change the shift points and put it on extreme mode, open throttlebody, throttle sensitivity! This product you cannot.

Seller did a great job shipping out but the product is horrible. I've seen $30 OBD2 scanners with better quality. Constantly freezing up and erroring out. Yes, updates have been done. Should have trusted my gut feelings on this one.

This unit does not have an HD display; it is the same as an old Garmin GPS. The install is very tedious and aggravating. When trying to upload one of the pre-written tunes, the unit freezes constantly. So then you have to disconnect power from the unit and start all over, just hoping that it will not freeze up again. But when i did finally get through the process, i loaded the Diablo Tune. I like it, it added some responsiveness. So I just left it that way, so as not to deal with the freezing. When I call Diablo for support, they want me to basically start all over and reload my stock settings, take the unit back to the computer and spend multiple hours with them on the phone. And in the end they will probably just have me send it back to them under warranty. To be honest, they don't sound at all surprised that it is not working. But finally, 50% of the reason I bought this was to adjust my tire size so it would correct my speedometer, and it won't even do that properly. So, if you have a Ram with 6.4 Hemi, don't bother. Trade up to a diesel.

This product is very misleading does not add the h.p. that they are advertising & thats not even the best part i tried to restore my truck back to factory settings to compare 0 to 60 times & the unit froze said pcm callibration couldnt update. So when that happend i was like ok ill just back out & reset still the same over & over then i tried to start my truck wouldnt even start the unit kept my truck from running since it froze. So i finally got a hold of c.s. delt with a guy named christian petri real good in c.s. he sent me a next day shipping lable had to ship my pcm & tuner to them so they can reset it just to get my truck to start again. THIS UNIT IS NOT WORTH IT UNLESS U DONT MIND UR VEHICLE NOT RUNNING FOR A WHILE IF IT FREEZES.
