9245 DiabloSport Trinity 2 EX Platinum

Works very well! It added quite a bit of power to my 2015 Silverado Crew Cab Z71 with a 5.3 motor. I also got the Diablew Tune which made even more power. It's awesome!! One thing I don't like, is that when I remote start my truck, the device wont turn on, I need to unplug the cord then plug it back in. Annoying but not bad. Since most people wont know what all the gauges are monitoring, the i3 is cheaper and does the same programming as this Trinity T2. If you just want the look of the display and being able to change things on the fly, then get this, other wise you can save $220 and get the same power out of the i3.

This thing is the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought. The 1st one didn't work because as soon as you plug it in with the USB it would say error. Spent plenty of time on the phone with technical support trying to resolve the problem with no luck. They were nice enough to ship me one out which they said it would be overnight. Well it wasn't, it was 2 days and guess what?? The new one is also junk. Every time I updated this one, it kept saying new update available. So I would try again and those little updates take about 20 min. And it would never say completely updated. Don't attempt to update or anything using a Mac because it wont work. Trust me I tried and tried and finally just grabbed my old laptop to see if it would and it got further than my Mac. You have to use windows. So now I just say screw it and try to put it in my truck and it keeps saying wont recognize vehicle so I give up. Just done done done. Never again I'll spend my money elsewhere. Dont waste your time. Not happy at all. Screw this product

I like the programming and options but the gauge screen continues to lock up during use with my 2008 GMC and the device needs to be rebooted for it to start working again. I'm going to contact DiabloSport to see what's up with that.

Tuning is decent. Display isn't the best, especially because you can't customize the option of what gauges or meters you want to track. Had it on for about 10 days, and after starting my truck, it didn't even turn on. Unplugged it and plugged it back in and it gave me a white noise screen. Thought it may be because of the temperature, only 85° but was hot in the truck. Layed it infront of the AC vent and it came on like normal again. So definitely a concern that it just shut down because it was hot in the truck. Knowing what i know now, would've certainly went a different route. The value simply isn't there for a $600 price tag.

Not worth buying, not a single person I've called uses CMR tuning. Everyone who used to do it said they don't anymore because it isn't any good. It's just an overpriced code reader. With a terrible return policy.

Very happy so far I’ve saw a lot more power you can customize your tune. When I first got it did not work with my truck because it was too new so I called Diablo sport and they made a tune so it would work with my truck right company very happy.

well this would be great except for one thing i can't tune my truck with it... they fail to mention if you have a Allison transmission they don't have capabilities to tune it and when i install the basic tune it makes my truck not shift... it stays in 2nd gear and finally goes into 3rd after extremely high RPM shifting from 1st to 2nd is extremely hard... and the truck runs very poor so i have a extremely glorified costly extra set of gauges... very disappointed they should state if you have a 8.1 and Allison trans this will not work... i have contacted them and they told me to wait for updates to see if they can gain access to tune this setup... its been out for well over 10 years i think they could have achieved this by now... i am planning on selling and going back to Edge, i had the older model of the Edge Evolution and it tuned my truck very nicely. I just figured i would do the Diablosport to match the one in my car...

Didn't really work from my observation. No noticeable change. No confirmation if you change any settings on it. Updates seemed useless. Overall I would think for the price you would notice something... The only reason i gave it 2-STARS is because it has one of the best displays I've ever seen
