Tastes yummy, gives me an awesome pump, and doesn’t make me feel like garbage. Dissolves easily and you can really taste the quality. Well worth the money.

I ordered the cherry limeade & orange mango Kaged pre workout. I took the advice & started off with 1/2 scoop of cherry limeade & really should’ve used a little more. I tend to use about 15 oz of water instead of recommended 10-12. 1/2 a scoop was a little weak taste wise with the amount of water I use. I definitely feel the pump & endurance in the workout. Will try Orange mango tomorrow & update if necessary. It mixed well with a few shakes & I think it’s high quality so far. Didn’t cause me any stomach issues but I did eat bc some of the other reviews scared me about drinking on an empty stomach. 😂😂

I’ve tried a lot of different brands lately (Gorilla Mode, C4 extreme, Kaged elite). Kaged Elite is prob my favorite out of the bunch for a pre-workout w/ creatine. It gets you going within 20min with a little tingle but not too bad. Really good pumps so far. I just wish for the price it would have more servings. I’ve only tried Caribbean Sunrise but it’s not bad. A touch chalky but I normally chug it so doesn’t really matter. Def recommended 👍

Full disclosure, I take my preworkouts on an empty stomach. That being said, I think this product works well. I have a high caffeine tolerance so, the high content works for me. Pumps are pretty good. I like the fact that it has creatine in it. The only thing I DON'T like is the texture and the fact that, no matter the water temp, it doesn't mix/dissolve well. I've tried cold, room temp and boiling hot, just to see if any would be different. They were all the same. Shake and drink fast or a lot of the product settles at the bottom of your shaker cup. I even tried blender bottles. Nothing works. It's thick to drink as well. I knew that ahead of time. Just letting you know. It's OK in an empty stomach. Sometimes, it bothers me. I would say, overall, it's a product that works, if you don't mind the thick consistency and occasionally stomach irritability (on an empty stomach).

Out of all the pre-workouts I've tried from large reputable companies, this one is absolutely "hitting the spot" for me! I tried the original Pre-Kaged last year, and it was really effective. When looking to restock, I ran across this Elite version. I was comparing this to Raw Nutrition Pre, but decided to stay with the Kaged Muscle family. Glad I did.Pros:- Flavor is more on the sweeter side and not on the tart/sour side, which I like. Strawberry lemonade tastes like something you would get from a corndog stand at a fair!- Ingredient profile is thoughtful and dosed decently, I don't get the runs from this (sorry if graphic)- focus kicks in and stays consistent for at least 1.5 hours, and I don't have any kind of energy crash- mixes perfectly fine, a bit bubbly at the top but not a deal breaker- I'm able to squeeze in 2-3 extra pumps when close to failure- did I mention this tastes like something you would get from a corndog stand at a fair?Cons:- it is on the pricier side, but I think it's well worth it

When I started using it I got a Nauseating feeling from the pre workout after using it for almost a week I don't remember its been a while since I remember the time I used it .And almost every time it made me almost vomit several times when doing a workout , I had to go to the bathroom in the local gym I was at and stand next to the toilet and put my hands on the walls with my head facing towards the ceiling to avoid vomiting , and every time I put my arms down I would nearly vomit if I didn't keep my hands on the walls above my head while looking up at the ceiling. And when I sat down on the toilet to think about what just happened when my stomach calmed down I began to have Tunnel Vision and Every time when blood would pump to my head , "heartbeat" my vision would begin to pulsate with Tunnel Vision SO NOT FUN , And this was every time I would go to workout or did any type of heavy lifting, fast moving or bending over. And I think the culprit was the Ingredient Sucralose because I believe I have a Specific sugar intolerance to the Sucralose in the pre workout, I'm allergic to that specific type of sugar and maybe many others I don't know.
