Great book - so many options!
Terri has coached me before for triathlon and provided some great swim workouts for that discipline which I've used for open water swimming over the years - but this book gives me multiple distance options, along with drills, different sets, and just provides so many more options. That keeps the 2 to 3 pool workouts a week from becoming routine or boring, especially since I train by myself. I now do more open water swimming so I now have many more workouts depending on the challenge of the upcoming event.Terri is experienced at so many different disciplines and events that she keeps it interesting. Highly recommend to swimmers of all levels, there's something for everybody here.

Not for swimming body workouts
This book is for swimming up and down the pool I was hoping more for a book that would show me how to do body workouts in the pool.

Awesome Resource!
The accesible language and workouts tailored to one’s fitness or ability make this a training book for all levels of swimmers and types of sports.

Lots of great exercises, but needs more explanation.
This book contains tons of great workouts, however I wish there was more explanation about why different workouts are useful and what purpose they applied to. Still, I'm going to get a lot of mileage out of this in my exercises.

Now I have all of my training workouts in one place. I wish that there were more of them.
