Stable whipped cream
With little sugar and some vinegar, the cream became really stable for the cake I was covering. It is a great quality. Highly recommended product.

To sweet, tastes of ice cream not patteserie cream
Whisks up well, light and fluffy, but doesn't quiet work as a cream filling for sponges and cakes. Has that ice cream taste. I wanted a creamy patteserie cream. OK for a topping.
