Victorian Straight Door Handles Lever Bathroom - Polished Chrome Premium Quality

These seem like decent door handles but I bought this set to replace a handle that was 150mm x 40mm, i.e. the dimensions given in the description. When this set arrived I quickly removed the old handle and went to install this one, envisaging a straight swap as the size should be a perfect match and...No. These are a few mm bigger. I'd say they are more like 152mm x 43mm. Not a huge amount, but enough to ensure that a straight swap wasn't possible. Infuriating.

Quality seems good, although the holes don't match up with the previous lock/handle. I now have 8 holes in the door, but the former holes are covered by the handle silver metal work.

The only thing I would say , is depending on the thickness of the door you may have to cut the square spindle , but nothing a hacksaw won’t fix !!

The handels were a replacement for the brass discoloured ones & they were installed into existing holes.
