I love that this mat comes with drum sticks, my nephew just thinks he’s a the coolest when he’s playing with this. It has a lot going on on the mat with all the pictures and sounds it is sure to keep your toddler busy! This would make for a great gift but is definitely a noisy toy, keep that in mind for any parents who may not appreciate that!

The sounds are nice and loud. I love that you can over lap the sounds but I also don’t like that feature. I got the mat for twins so the noises over lapping is a blessing and curse. I do wish the mat was bigger.I did notice that the mat has to be very flat to play noises. Air gets trapped between the top fabric with the design and the lower part that plays noises. It makes it hard to push the buttons if there is air bubbles.

I say annoying because my nephew does NOT stop playing on this hahaha! It’s so great to see how happy it makes him. If he sees me click the off button, he will go over and click it in and start jumping in it and banging on it. He mostly just makes random noises and nothing syncopated but ya know, he’s a kid. He has fun and that’s what matters! Definitely recommend this. It survives young children too well lol and they love it. My brother hates me because my nephew does not stop playing on this. It’s amazing.

This is such an awesome way to have fun play while also practicing motor skills and more. Getting this together is not so bad. It is simple and once batteries are in place you are good to go. The colors and sound keep the baby interested and wanting to play further. My toddler enjoyed this and my friends 5month old was very entertained by this. The interaction and play time achieved with definitely makes the value price worth it.

This is a nice toy for a baby that can sit up and has some motor control. The toy works well and is responsive to touch. My main complaints is that it is a bit smaller than I expected and I found the volume to be too loud. A quieter option would make this 4 starts instead of 3.

Ordered the "Musical Toys for Toddlers 1-3, Pakoo 3 in 1 Baby Toys Piano & Drum Mat Animal Touch Play Blanket" and it has been a huge hit in the playroom! As a one year old our little guy is just getting started as a toddler and every time he plays it is amazing to watch him discover music and sounds through play. The drum sticks are pretty small so be sure to supervise your little one closely. It is so fun to watch his excitement every time the piano & drum mat is waiting for him in the playroom. Enjoy!

Great gift for infants to several years old. There is a lot to do with this mat. First and most important is that you can and probably should adjust the volume, It is easy to do as it on the middle left of the mat. Why do you need to know this – because the kids will go bonkers playing with this mat. It is just plain fun. They are animal sounds associated with the pictures of the various animals. There is a drum set with included drum sticks. There is a piano keyboard which can play 6 of the different instruments. I had a blast testing this out and playing with all the different options. I don’t think the drums were meant to be used with everything, just pushing or taping on the mat will also make the sounds, which is important for the infants interacting with the animal pictures. What I discovered and think is really neat is that as the child grows this mat allows for more complicated challenges to interact with. This means they could have several years of fun with it. The mat itself is made of a nontoxic nonwoven material, I read that as a waterproof and nontoxic, which is two less worries for me.
