Tengo aproximadamente un año tomándolo y en lo personal me cabello a crecido demasiado y antes mis rodillas tronaban y ahora nada de ruido siento que este colágeno me funcionó lo recomiendo excelente precio y dura 3 meses cuando otros son para uno o dos meses con el doble del precio aunque al principio estas pastillas valían la mitad del precio aún así siguen siendo mejor que otras en precio y calidad
