Had to supplement the padding, it was way too thin. The stitching on some of the Velcro was terrible; had to glue the Velcro strips in to add support. Looking for options to stiffen the canopy. But really great design.

Lots of storage, very clean, exactly what the picture is even bought another for a friend

This diaper bag backpack is okay. I've looked at a lot of these lately, and this one feels flimsier than others. The material doesn't feel as thick and makes me think it may not last as long as others. It does have a good capacity to hold lots of things, which is great. I appreciate that it has a port for a power bank (not included) for your phone. The zippers function well. It's nice to have the expandable diaper-changing/napping space, although it will take some getting used to putting it together and taking it back apart. Overall, I think this bag is fine, but I think it might be a little overpriced given the material and other options out there.

Build Quality:There aren't any defects in manufacturing, however the bag is less "padded" and thinner than I expected based on the product pictures. The zippers operate well and there are no defects in manufacturing.AppearanceThe bag looks good but I will point out that the zipper is very "yellow" and seems "out of place" as it doesn't match the color of the nylon strap.ComfortThe bag is very comfortable to carry on my back and ventilates well.Use as diaper bagAs a diaper bag I think it is fine. There are multiple attachment points (stroller, handles , back straps) The wipe compartment is useful for storing wipes -- although the hole to access wipes doesn't quite work for us. The bottle pockets work for small bottles. There is plenty of room inside for everything you need. The main compartment opens easily and wide (like a box) and is easy to get stuff out and put stuff back in.Use as canopyThe canopy is unique and could be useful in certain circumstances although we never really found ourselves in need of it as we typically have a stroller handy. As a canopy, it is semi-sturdy once the top piece is attached. It takes a few seconds to assemble (about 1-2 minutes) and all the pieces can be stored in a special compartment separate from the rest of the bag. That compartment doesn't add much bulk to the bag or take away much space from the rest of the bag. In addition the bottom liner of the canopy also doubles as a changing pad.USB outletThe USB outlet is actually very handy. It is simply a USB-A extension cable made with a soft plastic but it is effective nonetheless and very convenient.Other notes:There is a lot of "extra" zipper that extends past the bag (picture 10) -- I'm not sure what to make of it but it just looks "off" to have that much excess in my opinion.Final thoughtsThis is a good bag diaper bag that does have ample space for all diaper changing needs and I do recommend it.
