I have used this for Zesting Lemons. It is a pleasure to use. Sharp and zests easily. Very precise, as you can zest right to the fruit without piercing into the lemon. If you've been zesting with a grater, you'll love switching to this. SUPPORT AMERICANS WORKING IN AMERICA!

Perfect
This zester is perfect! Easily removes the zest without pith. I've tried other zesters (including another from Amazon that was highly rated) but invariably they ripped and tore the fruit hacking off the pith. I just got this one today and had to try it out right away. It is amazing - easily removed the zest with no pith - great addition to my kitchen.

Supposed to grate ginger without making it into a paste.
Have not used this yet. I bought it because Bon Appetite said it is the best for grating ginger.

I love Microplanes!
This is an essential kitchen tool for zesting and grating. You should have at least 2 of these in your kitchen at all times. I use them almost daily. They stay sharp, the handle makes it easy to hold and they are easy to clean.

Me gustó muchísimo, el material es muy bueno, rallo el queso de manera muy práctica; queda como copos y en el mismo plato queda lindo y se gratina con el calor del alimento, es muy fácil de lavar, me gustó mucho. Gracias por éste tipo de productos!

Using this microplaner at a friend's home immediately knew it was a must have for myself. This is one of the best kitchen tools I have ever owned and use it a lot ... more often for grating cheese than zesting citrus fruits but it is terrific for either purpose. Highly recommend based on my microplaning experience so far.
