It works okay on carpet but isn't raised very much so you might need to pickup anything that isn't tiny or you can switch attachments. Once I started sweeping surfaces, tight corners, my ceiling fan, my couch, my blinds, and spiderwebs on the ceiling I got super excited. This thing makes it possible to sweep those things very quickly with the brush attachment and the bristles are very gentle and keep it from suctioning onto things. So, in summary, it is great for edges, surfaces, complicated items but might take longer on carpet. Great product for the money. I like it more than any vacuum ive ever had because of how quickly I can clean everything. It's actually kinda fun. The biggest test will be its lifespan.

It suits my needs perfectly, lightweight easy to maneuver. I especially like the long cord.

It's lightweight, but cheap. There's nowhere to wrap the chords up onto it & no way to stay stable and a way to store it. It does pick up ok. However it will not pick up hair, it basically schools it along and you have to clean it off the bristles. For cheap I guess it's ok. But, there's so much better out there on the market. Check those options out and pay a few extra bucks. But, if you need something cheap and somewhat reasonable this I'd your vacuum.

I posted a one-star review for this item a few days ago. Today the seller sent an offer for a full refund. In my view this shows that they are an honorable business and their offer is worth a couple of stars.I was able to repurpose the unit by eliminating the stick handle and the "floor-head" attachment and keeping it as a hand vac for the car. The suction is adequate for that purpose.Their unsolicited offer is appreciated but I will not be taking it.

Excellent suction, super lightweight.Price is right!

Works great for flat surfaces and flat area rugs but does not remove all of the dog hair from my mid-height area rug.

I clean homes for a living and I really need a good vacuum to ick up the dirt and dust on my clients floors. Needless to say I am not impressed with this vacuum it hardly has any suction at all. When I opened the box and saw the vacuum body was plastic I should have known from there it wasn’t going to be a very good vacuum. I am glad I didn’t buy 2 like I originally planned. Buyer beware next time when it sounds to good to be true. It usually is.
