I’ve been taking NOW Foods L-OptiZinc® 30 mg with Copper for several weeks and am very pleased with the results. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. Now is making a great product with zinc and copper together. This product didn't have biofilm creating stearate added to it for manufacturing flow, or I wouldn't have bought it. It's a good product with decent ingredients. I hope NOW continues making it without stearate or other harmful or unnecessary chemicals, so I will keep buying it.

This product works for me. I can feel a positive difference in my body when I take it. Because we are all different we have to find what works for us. Will buy this item again.

A little bit pricey for a bit unbalanced combo of high zinc 273% percentage and low copper 33% percentage maybe??? which is just my opinion as a long time regular customer of Now products.

Small pills, easy to swallow. The bottle top has a permanently attached soft plastic cap with a tab to open it. This cap is much easier to use than a screw on top. The pills are inexpensive and the zinc is balanced with the proper amount of copper.

These were AWESOME for helping to clear up my skin. They did NOT work with my hormonal rash-like acne around my chin (for that I take evening primprose oil) but definitely for all other types of acne. I only take one a day, and it MUST be taken with food. There was only one time I took them without food and god that was regrettable-threw up within a half hour. Taking zinc also made me really really hungry all the darn time, so consequently this product taught me 'food impulse eating control.' Otherwise I probably would have gained a bunch of weight, but no one gains weight off of carrot sticks!! Eat the carrots!!I did not experience any mood changes, etc which I have heard can happen when taking zinc without copper or with copper (one of these scenarios). I felt 100% like myself. I know some people said they were sensitive to mineral imbalances in their brain chemistry and it consequently affected their mood. With this product, I personally didn't experience this.I do tend to be rather inconsistent with taking pills everyday. I'll go a week every day or every other day to taking none at all. If I start to break out and haven't been taking these, I'll start taking them and within a week my skin gets clearer.For acne sufferers or people trying to put on weight, I highly recommend.

This optizinc is the perfect zinc supplement because it’s balanced so you don’t have to worry about causing imbalances by adding additional zinc. I take this to help keep my immunity in check and my skin clear. This particular brand has never upset my stomach which can happen with zinc supplements. Great value for money!
