Nice product is working nice till now disappointed about the colour only not as nice as shown in picture but works okay for the price and trouble a bit while connecting and all but eventually gets better nice sound, comfortable and okay okay in appearance

dear boat,my headset worked properly upto last week. but now its not showing in mobile Bluetooth list. i dont know to how to connect it. its charging good manner but not working. how to get support from your authorized service center.

You've to set its position to listen normal conversation happening on phone and in music
Good product... Just that there should be sufficient instructions about placing the buds in ears for different purposes..

Call quality issue
Overall battery life and sound quality of product is good but there is call quality issue.call quality is low and the surrounding sound capture more than the user .overall the good experience.sound quality also normal.base is low.volume in also low..not worthy in 1300
