Great product, my hands were sore from rice bucket training and after abusing this thing all day. I wake up with my hands refreshed. Good quality and excellent tool for building strength.

The media could not be loaded. The Hikeep exercise egg is easy to use, comfortable and excellent quality. The 5 different colors helps differentiate the firmness of the eggs which eliminates guess work and it fits nicely in my hand. As you can see from the video I purchased the product to help strengthen my hands and fingers that are now suffering from arthritis.The eggs come with a nice pull tie pouch to keep everything organized and the included manual provides a number of exercises to use in strengthening the hand and fingers.A satisfactory purchase overall and would recommend to friends and family.

The metal grips are too wide and require a more powerful grip than I have in my hands to utilize them in my senior exercise group. There are 6 different colored "egg" shaped grips. Fits my small hand. The colors signify the strength of grip needed for that egg. The purple "egg" is xtra soft. As I progress in grip strength, I will go onto the next firmer grip "egg". They come in a convenientstorage bag. I bought 2 bags of "eggs"... an "egg" for each hand.

Good quality, good price and I like the differences in strength. I like having a bag in which to store them.

I got these as hand therapy for my wife who recently had two carpal tunnel surgeries on her hands. I think that they're great for that purpose.There are some issues with these, however. For one thing, it's almost impossible to tell one from the other. The differences in resilience are so subtle, and close.I can see that there is some difference between the softest, and the hardest. Unfortunately, the in-between ones are a super tough call.The second issue I have is the size of these eggs. In my view, they're simply too small. Even in my wife's hand it seems tiny.Not to confuse the matter further, but I really like the material that these are made of. It's sort of a silicone rubber compound, and it's pleasant to hold, and squeeze, far better than foam rubber products.I can see where these might also be useful for finger strengthening, as in prepping for guitar, etc. These would be a great help.Overall, these are okay, but could have been far better. To be fair, the way they're made it could have just been a set of two, or three.

They’re a good therapy choice for hand surgery

Bought these for a friend’s son who is getting physical therapy. These have been motivating for him.
