I do both HIIT training & yoga workouts several times a week. Florida weather gets hot & humid easily making every workout uncomfortable quickly. I’ve been testing these for more than a week & find them to be helpful. I sweat a lot & don’t often drink enough water. These are in pill form with a translucent capsule. Make sure you drink water before swallowing as a dry throat will make them, as with any pill, difficult to swallow. Once taken there is no residual taste or scent. Directions say to take one per 10-30 minutes of physical activity with plenty of water. During yoga I take one & with my more intense HIIT routines I take two. I experience less fatigue & muscle cramps than prior to using them. These make it easy to replenish electrolytes & essential minerals I often lose during a workout.I am glad that I bought these. I often struggle to drink enough water to replenish myself after a workout & these make it easier to give my body what it needs to recover lost electrolytes & minerals. These are affordable & effective.

Just bought these recently and the order was complete and there were NO empty capsules. The supplier emailed me before they arrived to alert me to the fact they had recently had a manufacturing problem which they felt was resolved but to say that should there be any problem at all with any capsules being empty, they would replace the order in its' entirety. Mine were all fine but it's nice to know that they stand behind their product and their customers.That said, we are no athletes but we live in Florida and have to get yard work done regardless of the heat in August! We have found that as we age it is taking longer to recover from all the heat and sweating, just drinking is not doing it and neither of us enjoy those sugary sports drinks. We found these and saw that people liked them so we thought we'd give em a whirl. They work well for us, it's still hot in Florida in August, but a few hours in the yard no longer leaves us trying to recover for the rest of the day. I think they're good and I like the sellers commitment to satisfaction.

As a early 30 year old female with now back and hip issues from crossfit and life. I was surprised on how I felt using product. I’ve done some research on supplements and follow 80/20 clean diet. I’m not a born runner but I try and I normally have lower leg stiffness and hip tightness afterwards. On day 2 of taking product I when for a run along the beach early in the morning, I had amazing results. I like how it is flavorless and not chalky. It’s not the smallest pill but I didn’t feel any effects. I used it after a long day of volunteering after a few days of a cold in the heat and before heading out with friends. I was worried that there may be side effects. I tend to swell up with too much sodium. That wasn’t the case. The next day I felt so much better. I will definitely include it in my training.

I love the convenience of this product, purchased to help me through keto flu. But my second bottle turned out to have multiple broken capsules, with their contents at the bottom of the bottle. A shame.

I've used this twice now walking 18 holes golfing on hilly courses. Without this, even drinking plenty of water (2 liters), I was guaranteed legs cramps a couple of hours after finishing and into the night. I'm not talking about quick, mild, one or two minute cramps; I'm talking about full calf and/or thigh muscles in one or both legs striking like lightning usually when getting up after sitting and creating an ungodly knot which would not relent for up to 15 minutes. The pain was unbelievable, nearly unbearable. Since taking about 8 of these over 4 hours during activity ABSOLUTELY NO CRAMPS!!! My legs even felt much better/livelier throughout the round. Much more energy and none of the usual tightening up. To be fair I don't know if straight table salt would do the same thing. I might try that when I run out of this since it's rather pricey but for now this is an absolute godsend.

i swear my body was NOT made to be a runner. its never easy for me. when i first started getting back into a regular running schedule a few months ago i would get excruciating calf cramping- to the point i had to stop multiple times during a run just to stretch them out. i tried compression socks - those were a fail. someone suggested electrolytes. i figured, eh what the heck. its worth a shot, right??I got these electrolyte capsules & its been a game changer! i drink tons of water daily but electrolytes do so much more than just hydrate! since adding electrolytes into my “pre-run” routine i have noticed such a huge difference in my performance as well as my enjoyment in running! if you are active or even live in a hot climate - i definitely suggest trying these out!

These capsules are amazing! Living in the Florida heat it is very easy to get dehydrated on just a regular day without even working out. I took one before I went on my power walk and I feel great after!My husband is a commercial roofer and of course it’s very easy to get dehydrated. It’s hard for him to keep up with staying hydrated. He called me early this afternoon when the sun is torturous and told me to order another bottle to keep in his work truck! These are great and at an amazing price!!Being all natural, non-GMO and Gluten free is a huge plus for me. The pills are very easy to swallow as well! Over all I’d say these are great for working out and just overall beating the heat!
