Highly Recommend
I bought these for my Keen Pyrenees hiking boots and they are great. I hiked all over Iceland and Faroe Islands and never once had sore, aching or tired feet. Would definitely recommend these for anyone who hikes and wants their feet to be comfortable. Also no issues with sweating or overly warm feet in my boots.

Improves You Walking Comfort - SOF SOLE ATHLETE Performance Men's Insole
The insoles provide good support and comfort when I am walking. I try to do 4-5 miles each day during the week. The insoles have made my walk much more comfortable. I'm a size 8 shoe and these size 7 to 8.5 insoles fit in my shoes without needing to trim them, like some insoles require. I'd recommend them if you're a walker, or just to improve the comfort in your shoes.

Podiatrist recommended and a good product.
My podiatrist recommended these in my walking, athletic shoes along with an arch support or orthotic that he gave me. They have been helping me with the pain in my feet. Unknown causation so far they don’t take all the pain away, but they do help.
