Love pumpkin GU
For long distance running I always use GU. Very few things work for my GI but GU does the trick. Only sad part, I have to wait once a year for pumpkin 🎃 grrrr. This is my 2nd year of ordering a good supply of pumpkin flavor. I am already almost out so until next year…

Gels are gels so I wasn’t expecting it to taste great, but it actually does. Tastes like pumpkin spice doughnut filling, love it
