This company has excellent customer services. The lady I dealt with is called Sally. When the tree arrived, the base was damaged so I wrote to them and they were very quick in responding to my queries and promptly posted another base. Tree looks very pretty and doesn't need any additional decorations. Please remember to spread out the branches gently so it looks fuller and as advertised. It comes in condensed packaging so branches are all struck together but by opening up the branches it looks very beautiful. I would highly recommend this product. The company gave me an additional goodwill discount for the inconvenience of the broken base. Thanks

This tree is lovely I was looking for a fibre optic tree originally however I came across this tree.It is a pre lit tree and has multiple light settings which is great.The white you see on the tips of the branches is paint to look as if snow is on the tree which isMuch better as the last tree I had had a snow look and the snow got everywhere.So easy to put up and is wide and looks big and full.

Looks great, doesn’t really need additional decs

This tree is exactly what I hoped it would be if not better, so nice and full, easy to assemble and the gloves you get with it are so handy, you can take time to sort out your branches just how you like them. The amount of lights are just perfect and lots of settings so you can choose what you prefer!! I love my new tree 🎄

The tree took longer to erect than planed and it sheds alot of fake snow but looks amazing when.decorated so glad I didn't have to.put lights on less stress more enjoyment

i've ordered to replace old christmas tree and it really worth it.the tree comes within a nice package and it includes everything even gloves and instruction manual. make sure keep the box since it will be used multiple times :)checked if all pieces are ok and no issue there. also the three branches look very reach and everything pre-installed. haven't setup yet but looks very straightforward to setup anyway.white sprayed branch tips makes it much wintery, so i really liked this comparing my old fully green one.overall very happy for this but maybe 6ft would be better than 5ft. :) so make sure choose correct size before buying. woudl recommend for sure.

Absolutely gutted

When I saw this tree I fell in love with it. Unfortunately when it came, a wire was snapped so a couple of branches don’t have lights, one of the pine cones had fallen off. I ordered and paid for the 7 foot but was sent the 6 foot. It looks nice when put together and lit up but not anything like the pictures show on Amazon. I would have sent it back but there are no others in stock. Disappointed but it’ll do for this year

The media could not be loaded. I am a short single mom, and I put it up by myself! The tree is absolutely gorgeous. The lights are spectacular. The quality is A+ and I am picky about this kind of stuff, but I don't even have the tree fluffed yet and it looks amazing! The frosted snow and pinecones look completely real. Here's a video that I recorded for my daughter and remember this is before it was fluffed! I just wanted to hurry up and get a comment in here in case anyone else is still looking for their holiday tree this year! I would've bought this for twice the amount!
