Nordic Ware Pumpkin Patch Bundt

This cake pan is absolutely gorgeous!! I made some Plum Good Cake with it and it turned out great!! Very festive for the holidays!! It is heavy and sturdy considering the price!! The cake released well and there were no burn marks on my cake, as it cooks evenly!! I would definitely buy again!!

This is one of my very favorite Bundt pans in my Nordic Ware collection. It bakes a beautiful cake!

I am so impressed with this Bundt pan. The level of detail is beautiful and the craftsmanship of the pan itself is A+. I have experienced no issues with quick release of cakes after baking. I definitely follow the manufacturers advice and use flour added release spray. For clean-up I use a soft nylon paintbrush to gently wash the detail areas that pick up the release spray residue. This pan is 5 star quality and made in the USA!!!! I'm so pleased with this purchase, I added 4 more themed Bundt pans to my collection.

Very Nice, and real good quality

I used this Bundt pan to make my horses a very special thanksgiving treat! I love Nordic ware pans and find them to be beautiful! This pan turned out absolutely beautiful! Please see my attached photos to see how it turned out and keep in mind, this was a cake with alfalfa, apples, carrots, grain and more horse friendly ingredients. So wasn’t your typical cake batter or bread batter consistency. I always find it easy to clean, if I coat the pan with oil or flour ahead of time. Forget those, and it will be impossible. For this particular Bundt cake, I oiled the pan and as soon as I took it out of the oven, I flipped it over and the cake came right out with no issues. I find it easier to remove the cake when the pan is hot! Happily give this pan 5 stars, it’s not my first nordicware pan and sure won’t be my last!!

Bellissimo stampo della nordic ware, fatto benissimo, consiglio di utilizzare uno spray staccante e verrà tutto perfetto!

This is a great quality item but be warned it is very hard to butter with all the nooks and crannies. I will def get Bakers Joy next time! But butter and flour worked perfectly. It slid right out of the pan. Its also not a huge pan so be mindful of your recipe size. Next time I try, I will likely reduce the oven temp to 325 too,
