You couldn't make it up. This phone actually crashed again while I was writing a review complaining about how many times an hour it crashes. I realise that it's a very cheap phone. I only bought it as a stopgap up after my Samsung was stolen. I know you'll often only get what you pay for but this isn't even worth what you pay for it.

I am actually replacing my 2 year old Samsung with a fifty quid phone!!
Updated after a month. Called Amazon today for a refund. The X20 was okay for a few weeks. Then it went super slow. Constantly hanging and waiting. I factory reset it and it improved. A week later the touch screen sensor has failed in the bottom left 8th of the screen. Enough so I could use my unlock pattern. I had to hard reset again just to use the phone. Right now writing this I have to keep rotating the phone through 360 degrees just to select the right areas.I received my Doogee X20 today. I needed a replacement for my Samsung I have recently tried repairing unsuccessfully. I just need a working phone right now.Anyway my budget it tight. I really didn't want to be spending more than £100. Then I though I would see what fifty quid would get me.I am impressed. The phone seems well built. The screen has good viewing angles. The screen doesnt look set back like I have seen on cheaper Chinese tablet in the past.It so far seems like a robust little phone I can use for most of my day to day stuff.I would of liked something with dual band WiFi and 4G but I have only spent £50. I am not disappointed. I haven't found any bloatware or anything that will cause me issues yet.

clear screen
My biggest problem with this phone is no support or manual, lots of things I have no idea what to do. I like it but the lack of help/manual would put me off recommend this phone.Someone with more experience of smartphones may not find it a problem.Don't buy as your first smartphone, others have online support/manuals.The "manual" that came with this phone was a waste of paper.

Avoid like the plague
Phone stopped charging after a month, returned for a full refund. Had numerous phones from this brand and have all been terrible. I recommend saving a little more money and buying a Huawei instead

Nice one Doogee!
Great little phone...nice design..no problem with setup and somehow limits usual overpowering attempt by Android Google to take control if what is YOUR device..NOT theirs.Managed to easily download third party favourite apps...without Google getting their knickers in a twist...nice feel..comfortable to hold..amazing price too. Now..is there a larger Doo?gee

good average phone for andriod users.it was a gift and the person liked it.it looks solid and expensive.the price is amazing. All you have to do first revome the plastic cover/coat from the top of the battery before charging and inserting a sim to use.i will give it a 5 star..
