Edited review:My daughter has the misfortune of having Plantar Fasciitis and suffers with that a lot, so anything that I can do to ease that is a must. This brace has certainly helped with the Plantar. This is easy enough to fit, and remove, and the addition of the removeable splint is a great feature.My daughter has used this a few times through the night and commented at how much it has helped her sleep better. Only time will tell if this lasts, but it does seem to be of a good build quality so hopefully this will help my daughter a lot.

As a sufferer from plantar fasciitis I was disappointed with this brace - I just couldn't get it to do anything. Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised when contemplating the photo on the item sales page showing the beautiful young woman blissfully asleep wearing one - her foot clearly isn't being held in any sort of appropriate position at all! Quite the opposite, in fact.The principle behind this brace (and all similar ones) is to force the foot into a position which stretches the base and associated components by pulling the toe end of the foot upwards towards the shin via the strap. Well, my feet are quite large but even then the distance between the anchor points is so short that I couldn't tighten the strap sufficiently to place any pressure under the toes whatsoever, while the aluminium brace inside - which is designed to be bent to help in this - is sufficiently weak that it bends back straight away. Both of these points are made (in German) in the only previously posted review, too.I also found it very difficult to get on and tighten up; you have to use one hand to pull one flap under your foot or behind your calf, and the other hand to pull over the overlap - but of course your first hand is then right in the way and the moment you move it, you lose tension on the first flap. This could have been solved via a simple design tweak, whereby the first flap feeds through a hole in the second and can then be tightened easily - think of how one plastic cable tie end feeds through the other.Anyway, after half a dozen tries and a few hours of wearing this it became clear that no matter what I did my foot was in precisely the same position it would have been with just a sock on. So that's not good.

Una persona in famiglia ha un problema legato al tallone che le provoca periodicamente forti dolori nonostante l'uso di plantari. Ha provato per alcuni giorni a usare questo tipo di fascia correttiva mettendola la sera e togliendola la mattina:- dopo pochi minuti ha notato già un sollievo della tensione sulla caviglia e l'attenuazione del dolore alla pianta del piede- dopo alcune notti di applicazione il dolore è quasi del tutto sparito.Il materiale della fascia è di buona qualità e sembra fatto per durare nel tempo, è leggera, morbida e non da fastidio durante il trattamento. Per quanto riguarda i modi d'uso il manuale è in inglese, basta inquadrarlo con Lens e viene tradotto.Chiaramente questa fascia non può sostituire ortopedico o fisioterapista ma mantiene quello che promette, aiuta il piede a riposare. Consiglio comunque di chiedere sempre un parere preventivo al medico che vi segue per non sottovalutare il problema.

Questa stecca di supporto plantare fascia e blocca bene ad angolo retto il mio piede. È morbida ed ammortizzata al contatto con la pelle e lascia traspirare.All'inizio può sembrare difficile districarsi con tutti i lacci, ma in realtà è molto più facile di quanto si pensi.Usato immediatamente per una intera notte. Nessun tipo di irritazione e sensazione di beneficio ad articolazione e pianta del piede.Anche il prezzo è buono, avrei messo la quinta stella se la parte da allacciare sotto la pianta del piede fosse stata qualche centimetro più lunga, così da permettere anche a chi ha un "piedone" o a chi - dopo un serio infortunio - può avere un importante gonfiore, di allacciare agevolmente, magari anche posizionando una sottile bag di ghiaccio o una medicazione.
