Good value
I got these for party decorations and was very happy. I drilled a hole into the top of the cones to stick the flags in. Have since used the cones in the garden for the kids playing. They were a good price for flags and cones. Some places charging £9.99 for pack of 4x cones.

Does not have holes
Does not come with holes as photos suggest. We then were left having to force a screwdriver through the top to make holes in a hurry. Not ideal when you have 1000 things to do for a children’s birthday party.We do use these cones at home and the flags were ok quality. We used them for a Hot Wheels theme party.
