Tried a few varieties of this tape and this one is pretty good. Gives some support and it comes off without leaving marks. Have had over sticky tapes before but this one stays on until your ready to remove it

Have ordered this tape before and will do so again in the future. I unfortunately have a long term shoulder injury, but this tape is really good, easy to use one handed, (after a bit of practice). I use it in the gym 5 days a week, will stay on for 2-3 days, it’s waterproof and also easy to remove with a little bit of baby oil before you soap it over in the shower. Good product.

Product is very strong and the thin texture ensures it stays in place during movement, there is a lot of material in the role and cutting is effortless, the support it provides is very effective and I found upon removing it my elbow was more fluid in motion and more comfortable to stretch, I'm highly impressed with how well it stayed in place even when wearing it to sleep, as well as the competent level of support it provided.
