Great concept, rubbish quality
I've already had 2 of these, and will probably buy a third one even if the 2 previous broke after between 6-12 months.This is the only cup with a retractable infuser that I could find so far, I love the concept, but this cup leaks (no way you can have it full in your bag!) and it is quite fragile. A shame.... because it is not even cheap! You'll be warned....

A complete waste of money.
Having had a Aladdin in the past and was always very happy with it, I decided to buy a new one. How disappointing this one is, it leaks yes it keeps a hot drink warm for up to an hour but that’s the only good factor about it. Not impressed.

Plastic will snap due to hot water!! NOT SAFE!!
Can’t put in hot water!!! Loved this product at first but after 5 days of use I was pouring the hot water out of the kettle into the mug and the plastic at the top (where you screw the lid on) just sort of shattered/snapped!! Ridiculous and not safe! I could have burned myself!

Leaks and cracked!
Loved this when I purchased, but started to leak, only lasted 5 weeks and cracked! Luckily I wasnt burnt!
