Seems like a high quality supplement
I have been using this over the last week as sort of a pre-workout. I usually try to take it a half hour to an hour before my workout, but have been only mildly successful in my timing. So - scientifically speaking, I am absolutely worthless. But hey, we are talking about health supplements here so….I had never heard of this brand, but as long as the supplement checks the boxes below, I am generally open to using my body as a test lab. This seems like a high quality supplement because… GMP? Check. 3rd party tested? Check. Website that looks like they are a real business? Check. Made in the USA? Check. The pills are easy to take - two 500 Mg pills gets you 1000mg dose, so you get 3 months of doses if you take it daily. Price is $30 on their website, but it says they are sold out. Amazon has no pricing as of this writing.I would like to tell you I’m getting jacked, but as you read before, I am not consistent enough to evaluate the results. The only thing I can say is I have finished all of my resistance training workouts with plenty of gas in the tank (typically 45 minute workout… so assuming the stomach acid doesn’t destroy the arginine, the supp is probably just starting to find my bloodstream), which isn’t always the case. But, that could be a thousand things…. So lets just say its the supplement. In all seriousness, I will keep using this and try and get more scientific about my approach. And, given my perception of the quality I may try one or two more of their supplements. BUT, they are on the not inexpensive side, so I will have to weigh that out when considering other supplements.

Has no taste. Is a good value
I ordered L-arginine because it is reported to help build muscles to help recovery after exercise, and since I run everyday, I need help in rebuilding muscles and connective tissues in my legs after the strain of running. I also ordered this for its reported effects of making nitric oxide, which is supposed to help open up blood vessels to bring oxygen to the body's tissues and lower blood pressure. I don't know if this product is helping or not, but I do know that my joints and muscles do not ache after I exercise like they occasionally used to in the past. I don't know how much of that is a coincidence and how much is due to this supplement, but the price for a 3-month supply is good if it turns out to be effective.

Good arginine supplement
The form of arginine in this supplement, AGK, is said to be better absorbed and better enhances blood flow. I've taken various arginine supplements and have not really noticed a difference with any of them. Perhaps someone who takes a larger dose and is a serious athlete would notice a difference. For me as an average exerciser I don't notice any difference in taking these, but I also don't have any negative effects. This seems like a quality product. It is made in the USA and is third party tested. I was surprised that the best before date was only six months out.

My Energy and Workout Recovery-Time Has Already Improved
Despite being conscious of my protein intake, I had symptoms of low protein (feeling weak with low energy, hungry all the time, weak finger nails, etc.). With these supplements being the only change in my routine over the past 2 weeks, I’m forced to give them the credit for how much better I feel. I didn’t expect to see or feel a difference so quickly, but 2 weeks ago I couldn’t use my fingernails to pry open a pocket knife without feeling like my nails would break off, but now I can open it with no problem. My energy is also higher and has been more consistent, and my workout recovery time has improved. These supplements seem to certainly act as a catalyst to magnify and/or help me get the most out of my protein intake. At first sight, the pills appear large, but their texture and taste (or lack of taste) makes them actually go down smoothly. I’ve felt no ill-effects during my brief use, so I will continue to take them each day.

These seem to work very well...
I endorse and take supplements, and these L-Arginine supplements seem to do the job they claim to do!I've taken them before several of my twice-weekly table tennis evenings, and I've been on a roll lately, defeating tough opponents handily! Coincidence? I don't know, but it's held true for three table tennis sessions in a row; coinciding, time-wise, with EXACTLY the first time I took the L-Arginine.Like all supplements, the definitive conclusions will become clearer as time passes. If my assessment changes over time, I'll update this review.I should note that my policy for supplements is to take a well-established supplement, one with a good reputation, and to take it for a known, targeted purpose. If it seems (1) to support that function, or (2) NOT to hinder the goal, then it gets 5 stars, with a caveat that if things change, I'll update the review.

Only 500 mg per pill
I have been taking a 1000mg pill of this from a different brand. The pills are big and somewhat hard to swallow, but I get more mg per pill. When I got these I thought they were better because they are a bit longer and skinnier. However, then I realized that you have to take two pills to get to 1000mg. I don't like it when the manufactures do that on supplements. I wish they would just list the mg per pill. After discovering that, I realized that I essentially received half of what I thought I was getting and have to take twice as many pills.
