This dress was one of three I considered for my Easter dress. Being the Wednesday prior to Easter Sunday and with my bank account teetering on the edge of nonexistent, I hesitantly went with this option. I'd read the reviews and admittedly wary, but I resigned that I had to wear it no matter how bad it was or miss church altogether.I received the dress in a vacuumed bag on Friday and immediately opened it to let any wrinkles begin releasing. Per previous reviews the dress is much longer than it needs to be. Not every woman is 6' tall and the manufacturer needs to realize this, thusly adding a petite option. I'm 5'5 and 260 pounds. I ended up having to cut about 6-8" of fabric off the hem so the dress would hit at the lower end of my calf. The empire waist wasn't as flattering as it was 140 pounds and three kids ago.All in all a great dress for every day wear, social occasions, summer weddings, etc. Be prepared to cut and hem as needed. I've not worn it since so I don't know how it held up in the wash. I would buy another if I needed to.

Fabric is soft and stretchy . It hides exactly what plus size women want it to hide. Best part is.. it’s not too long! Being a short woman, so many of the king dresses I trip over.. this one I don’t
