Very small bag for the price. No ratio comparison to flour. No recipes on bag. Wish that I had looked for reviews before buying.

I'm a fan of Bethany, so this was a huge disappointment. Insanely overpriced, it's just pea protein, that you can buy in bulk for a fraction of the cost. On top of that it had a weirdly savory flavor that didn't actually taste good in baked goods, its supposed purpose. Bummer.
