It is compatible with my printer, as advertised. And it works! Not much more I can ask for. Haven't noted any quality issues.

Works but
Have the 8600 and it didn’t work at first. Tried resetting, unplugging, was about to send back and then exited a day tried again. Didn’t work so I got rubbing alcohol on a qtip and wiped in the printer where the chip goes and where the ink goes in then it worked.

It's getting harder to use non hp ink. Kind of a scam I think. So far so good with these cartridges. Prints well.
