We had to replace our original doorbell chime after 25 years. It was so easy to install and it looks great and works just like old one. Plenty loud enough.

It's a full kit, ready to install
Had an electrician put this into our existing home without a doorbell. Now we have a doorbell that works well. Kinda plain ding dong, but that's what it advertises. I then had the electrician come back and install a video doorbell, and it works great. Still a plain ding-dong, but it works well. Good kit with no frills.

My old doorbell (from 1985) was not loud enough and only worked sporadically. This was quite easy to install and is loud enough to hear anywhere in the house. It did come with a transformer or something that I had no idea what it was, nor was it mentioned in the directions. After emailing the company, found out it is not really necessary.

Comes with bad transformer
It’s not good, I have bought several and all of them come with the transformer bad. So I have to run and find out the new transformer in the store. Then it cost extra money.
