Yes, it has sugar in it (a small amount). I enjoy using this tea every time I’m catching a cold. It’s very effective.

Q: How many do i get for the 15 $ ?

We market only the Original Samahan with a green colour band on each sachet . This box contains 60 sachets and could be used for 3 years from purchase as we ship fresh stocks within days of production from source Sri Lanka.
