Good value easy set up, good garage fan
For the price I got it on cyber it's a great fan, for the garage & working in the heat. Look durable & moves air well. Any issues after a month will update ,but it is a bit loud...it's a big fan so I was expecting that so not really unexpected

I bought TWO of these
Usually the big box stores will have the best fans in stock. Not in this case. I purchased multiple fans up to $500, and none of them were very good. This fan (pay attention to CFM when buying a fan) is THE BEST in the market. I looked for a bunch of reviews and ratings, and this is the one that was at the top of the list. Purchased one and LOVE it, so I bought another one. I work in a large shop with no AC in the south, and these keep the air moving in the shop.

Worth every penny. Can’t believe how much air this thing moves!
Turned it on ( no, I didn’t read the manual, who does that for a fan?) and was happy with the air flow, decided to turn it down to the next setting, found I was in error thinking it was on high like my cheap box fans on the first setting. I thought it was on high speed! It was the lowest setting! It’s got to be really warm to need anything but low speed! Not noisy either, steel blades not plastic.

8 Blade Drum Fan w/Wheels
It's loud. It sounds like a swarm of bees rather than the low hum of a typical larger fan. You won't be using this in the bedroom unless it's really hot but it moves a lot of air at 9500cfm (on high). That's pretty dang powerful. It's surprisingly thin. Only about 4 inches thick, I don't know why I was expecting more of a "drum" to this drum fan. I would be interested if the 8 narrow blades are better than having 3 or 4 wide blades, and why. I'm not sure if it was worth the $100 I paid yet. Time will tell. The directions are a little confusing but I got it together. I accidentally have the wheels on the same side as the handle. Oops. Not a big enough deal to take the time to switch it as I don't plan to move it around all that much ... and it's not even heavy. Box says it's under 12lbs. so I'm not even sure why the manufacturer felt it needed wheels at all. So you could skip them all together if you wanted. But if wheeling this around is important to you, pay attention where you mount the wheels so the handle is on top when you tip it back. Also it matters which c-shaped post goes on which mount so if the screws aren't lining up, switched them. There's some random small holes in the c-shaped posts for some unknown screws... Who knows. Perhaps to mount it to something?
