I do not like "Kill Traps" but during my twice yearly Great Mouse Wars, I have resorted to these for the cunning mice who just will not go into my (wide selection of) live catch traps.The are easy to set, and kill reliably and quickly; which is the next best to humanely. The bait seems to last, after time, a small amount of peanut butter is an easy substitute for the replace-able attractant. (Dead mice feed the seagulls, and I do not then have to decide who of my neighbors most needs an extra mouse or two.)One star deducted only because I had to buy so many.

have used these before, very effective traps, sadly these ones arrived with almost all the bait dried up and fallen out , so no use at all

Great traps guaranteed results and easy to use. Always used this type to get rid of unwanted attic guests.

We have caught a mouse, but it took almost two months and generally London mice are too intelligent for these!They are also much too sensitive, nearly impossible to set without giving yourself a shock. Very hard to re-set because the spring mechanism gets over sensitive after first time it is set. For ability to re-set easily after accidental triggering, I'd recommend the big cheese brand traps, not these. I don't know why they are so highly rated.
