Good but not great
I used a week's worth I bought 2 packs after reading reviews they did help with pain relief but after 7 days I started having a reaction to them so I stopped using them .

It releave the pain
I like that it helps with my knee pain, especially going up and down stairs. The only thing I don’t like is the burning sensation! Is that normal? Or my skin is sensitive too it?
