So Far So Good
I have been on this plan for a little over a month and other than one "hiccup" when I lost activation; everything has been fine. Initial activation was easy and the service has been good in my area. When I lost activation after one month, I did feel that the wait time while on hold with customer service was a bit excessive....20-25 minutes. The good thing was that when I tried to make a call, I was automatically connected to Red Pocket Customer Service. I asked what had happened and the customer service rep explained that it wasn't programmed correctly so it deactivated my phone shortly after my one month anniversary date. I asked the rep if he thought this would happen again next month and he assured me that it would not. Only time will tell but if all goes well with this 180 day prepaid card, I will opt for the annual card with 3G Data. The 180 day card was a great way to "try out" the service without making a year commitment.

We have been using this for 4 months now no ...
We have been using this for 4 months now no problem using an old Iphone. We got this for our 12 year old because we cut all standard phone service to our home. She's always on wi-fi for data so we don't need much.
