I did not lose even one pound during the three month period that I’ve been using this product. When I asked to return them for a refund, I was told that thirty days had already passed, thus, I’d forfeited the right to claim return or refund. They only answered when I went through the Amazon Customer Support dispute page.

I love these gummies to help with weight loss. You have to be patient tho, their claims are a little far out.I’m surprised they were not melted, since coming USPS, the temp averaging 104 everyday here.

I regret buying it. It tastes awful very souri. I should’ve known because it is ACV(Apple cider vinigar.) some of the reviews said it tastes great. Not at all at least for me. As soon as I opened the seal. I can smell the acidity already but I thought I’ll give bit a try. I took one and few minutes later my stomach started to hurt then I felt hot. The next morning I took another one before my breakfast and I felt the same I drank lots of water with it because I had to lessen the sourness from the gummy. I felt bloated. I had physically therapy after breakfast, the therapist crook my blood pressure as usual and it was high much higher than normal I felt that I had less energy during my therapy and I had a doctor appointment at noon. the nurse took my blood pressure again and it was also high. My blood pressure usually runs low. So since I didn’t change anything in my diet and my stomach hurtled the whole day again. I decided not to take it anymore. So I couldn’t tell if this product can or can not have weight loss effect. All I can say is that for me there were more negative effects. So definitely a waste of money for me. People few people told me to try drinking apple cider vinegar because it has health benefits I tried drinking apple cider vinegar once and it was unbearable for me. I suppose this gummy can be an alternative method to take apple cider vinegar. The second gummy I took. I chewed it into pieces and quickly drank water to swallow them. Also I had to go to the restroom more often and this is the only beneficial effect for me. My stomach was hurting so much all I did was sleep and rest which doesn’t help with weight loss at all

I have been taking these as directed. They made me more hungry and did nothing to aide in weight loss. Don’t waste your time or money.

They seem to work, I was taking them after I ate and learned they could be taken before you eat to keep you from getting so hungry and that works too.
