As described. For 10 dollars total not a terrible price, but should be less.
I think these are a little overpriced for what they are, but I could not find them locally. Might check you local hardware/farm/ranch store for a better price. 3/8 is not as big as they look in the picture but they do measure 3/8. Bought these for brace pins on a fence build. Wish I could find them cheaper somewhere. I did find a package of 20 on the auction site that cost less per pin but I need a few more so I bought these. I bought the dw16 drill bit to drill the holes for these pins.

Love them and will use them when I build more ...
We were putting up a barb wire fence and we used these to hold the braces together. It could not be easier. We drill a 3/8 wide hole 5 inches in each log then put them together. We were going to cut the poles to put theses together. Love them and will use them when I build more fences lines.
