not as potent as other organic Oregano oils i have had, but its nice if you want to put it directly on your tongue.

I've been taking this oregano oil for a while. I dilute it in olive oil because on its own it's very strong. I've already noticed less craving for sweets and have lost weight. Overall, I see improvements in my health. It's 100% recommended.
