When I purchased it I was a little bit worried, I have always used Epson or similar. When I got the MUNBYN the installation was easy on my Chromebook, but it did not cut the document properly, however I got support from their R&D team in China, I guess, and after some days the printer cuts the document perfectly. I have been using it for a week and no issues at all.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this in November and is now March for my business and it has been working great! It came with a usb and inside was the instructions for different computers and for me it was easy to install. No issues.Customer service was great fast response and received 10 free receipt paper after purchase. Very satisfied with purchase. I even purchase the label maker in pink and love it.

The media could not be loaded. I like the printer because of the clear and quick printouts. It is not plug and play, but it is easy to install. Just download the printer driver and you are good to go. Didn't need calibration from the software we use.

I purchased this with information that it would be compatible with my POS system. Only to find out that it is not. $130 down the drain. No customer number to resolve this issue directly. Bad business!

This thermo printer is the perfect item for me. At beginning I have little technical issue, customer service are very friendly to guide me through to make the printer work fine. I have been using it since December 2022 in my cafe store, it still running perfectly! Very reliable and durable. Highly recommended!

drivers are a pain to load and i dont trust the drivers so i returned it.

I have had this printer for several years. Replaced my Start TSP100 which lasted for well over 10 years. It prints fast, crisp, and quiet. Cut feature is nice. Install was difficult on our network. I suspect it is a driver and software issue. I have had to reinstall it a few times over the years and sometimes it is hard to find it on the network. Or, I can find it but it but Windows won't add it but we figure it out. It recently started jamming when printing and was almost impossible to get it to open to unjam it. It is time to buy a replacement. At almost half the price of a Star, it is a good value, but I got half the life. Tech support was pretty responsive and helpful, although not real-time. Generally you send a message and get a message response later which is a little frustrating when you are trying to ring up customers or need tech support to remote log-in and fix the problem. I haven't decided if I am going to get another one or switch back to Star. If the install issue was easier, I would easily give this a 5 star.

I bought this to use My restaurant and it works great Its better than other printers that sell for $300 or more. Does the simple job of printing the receipts，it fastest and save you money.They’re help your installations if people don’t know computers software .like me🤯.Good job and Thank you
