I made sure the new splash guard fender liner shield matched my old OEM ones...It did, however the holes did not align (same shape, just holes are not properly aligned). The material looks okay (not rubber) its plastic. I did have to drill new holes on two of them (two bottom holes RL & RR). These are thicker thermoplastic based material that hopefully will take the engine heat better and not fall apart. Time will tell. I did drill two new holes to help line up with factory mounting holes. Biggest complaint was that the new plastic mounting clips are too small and don’t hold tight. Had to reuse original factory clips.
