When it works, this heater puts out a TON of heat, enough to warm a 40 foot sailboat; however, the product and peripherals are of substandard quality. AND since the thermostat DOES NOT work, you will probably wake up in the middle of the night from heat exhaustion to turn the darn thing off. You need to buy all new peripherals separate since the docking is too short, the vents are of horrible quality, the pump is extremely noisy, even the clamps break if you overtighten them in the slightest.Installing this in a sailboat is no easy task. Think long and hard about the exhaust and where you are going to place the heater. The exhaust can't be longer than 2 meters and you can't have more than total of 190 degrees (not sure of the number but it's important to avoid excessive soot). And this darn thing always starts with sending a bunch of fumes through the muffler. BTW the muffler also has an orientation and because of the limit on the bends it is recommended to go with the straight flow type.

This heater is very impressive for it's size and the cost is within reason. I purchased this heater as an alternative heat source for my home as it is all electric heating. After watching many videos and much research, I chose to go with this heater as it offered a lot of versatility to be able to mount. The unit was delivered in a timely manner, upon inspection I found everything in order as the kit suggested. The instruction manual is fairly straight forward in operating the heater but nothing for how to install so you have to use your own mind and knowledge in good safe way to mount and hook everything up. Install/hook up doesn't take long, I had a good idea of where the heater would be placed before it got here. After the removal of an old wall mount AC unit and some fabbing, closing the hole in, mounting a shelf to hold the heater and running all the fuel line and wiring, it was time to fuel up and test. I did not have a real good way to prime the fuel system and this model does not have a priming feature that I know or could find (as I have the upgraded blue tooth controller), I was surprised that the fuel pump it's self has enough suctions to prime the system, it takes some time depending on how far the tank is from the heater and it will ERROR out a couple times before the fuel makes it and the ignition starts. The first run (test) went very well, everything work as it should and took no time to heat up, I let the heater run on as high as it could for a while to do a "burn in", about an hour. After some time of the heater running I turned it down to level 3 and let it run all night, the amount of heat this unit puts out is impressive and it is rather quiet. The smart mode setting is like a thermostat setting, with a 2 degree difference. After the initial running and setting it to "Smart mode" I have left the heater on and running as it needs, the fuel usage is very good as it does not use a lot of fuel, I am still working on tracking the fuel usage.All in all this heater unit is very good and would recommend to anyone looking for a small heater to use in a small area. It is inexpensive, quiet and reliable.I will try and update with some photos and data on fuel usage tracking soon.

Installed this unit yesterday. This is probably the 12th or 13th diesel heater I’ve installed so I am well versed in proper installation. This unit is running for about 5 minutes and immediately throwing a “unit overheat” code and turning off. I have tried to reach out and awaiting a response. Disappointed because I purchased the upgraded muffler and flush Mount exhaust and was really excited for the smart function.

I’ve had the heater for four months and just started using it with no problems. Now the fuel is running out of the unit inside. I took it apart and found the cover full of fuel. I’m one month out of warranty

I have been using this type of heater to heat our house for about 4 years now. I decided to replace one of our old ones with this one only because of the new style digital controller. The new style controllers are much nicer. The only function I have not been able to use is the priming button. Our house is 900 square feet and one heater heats it as long as we stay above 25 degrees F , when it drops below 25F we fire up a second one of these heaters. Have never really had any problems

The heater is great. The key fob is great.There are no instructions. Just a user manual. Their website doesn’t have instructions. No video or pdf. You’ll have to go by the picture which probably is enough, it is pretty straight forward.My problem: they label the “fuel” tank and then they label the “oil” filter. It makes it confusing. They should pick one. Fuel or oil. It also comes with parts that aren’t shown in the “instruction Pic”.But.. they did reply to my email and explain what the oil extractor is for (used if you have your own tank or want to extract through the cap). So for emailing me back and the heater on the lowest setting is plenty hot, FIVE STARS buy it and watch people install them on YouTube.

Only lasted a few weeks before it completely failed tried reaching out never got anything back definitely wouldn't recommend it's a shame because it seemed like a really nice unit with cool features ........nope

Bought two Bluetooth models. App on android dosent work won't connect or crash on connect. One worked perfect out of the box the other one blows straight deisel fumes out the vent so 50/50 so far
