Just what I was expecting!

Good for carrying small lunch, extra t-shirt, and water bottle when you don't want to carry a back pack.

The outer shell is a soft material, which is nice to the touch - I was expecting it to be the rough material that older laptop bags were made of, so this was a pleasant surprise. Main compartment is spacious enough for my laptop, power supply, journal, books, and work binder, with still room left over. Inside there are four pouches and one larger zippered pocket - plenty of space for pens, markers, notepads, paper clips, etc. On the exterior, each side has a large zippered pocket. The small exterior, removable, buckled pouch is a mystery...not sure what I would have that would fit in there that I would need in a separate pouch. It's only big enough to hold my Airpods case and not much else. Its plastic clip is really cheap and fragile-looking.My only negative is that the shoulder strap is not removable; however, since the bag doesn't have a carry handle like others I've had, I guess the shoulder strap doesn't really need to be removed.

Pay close attention to the size specifications. It's much smaller than I expected. The materials are durable and easy to clean. All the zippers, clasps, and other hardware have held up well. It doesn't hold my computer because of its size but it does have room for a good amount of other supplies for the office or a short trip out of the house. I can't take any stars because it's on me for not paying closer attention to the size specs.
