Item failed mid-May 2024, only bought 17th Jan 2024.

I've had to buy this item to use on my eufy doorbell camera as my old ring adapter hasn't got enough power to keep the item powered in the winter, it has 1 amp power so all is good at the moment.

Wired it in to my gen2 doorbell. Used the resistor supplied, wired in at the adapter end , and everything is reported as good by the doorbell.

Excellent transformer to be used with my Ring door bell. It is working very well. Also, it has a good size of cable extension and allowed me to consider a power socket inside of my house. I recommended it.

Just what I've been looking for. Easy and quick to install. Works great on my 2nd Ring doorbell.

Device claims to output up to 24 volts at 1 amp. This should result in output of 24wI checked the voltage using my multi meter and the voltage output is circa 24vUnfortunately, the wattage output (per Merros plug) is only ~3wThis is about the 5th transformer I’ve bought and they’re all the sameI simply don’t understandThe inevitable consequence is that over a few days the Nest doorbell drains to nothingI’ve asked Nest why and they shrugged. They say buy a transformer with 20va of output and all will be fine (but it isn’t)I would really value some insight from the manufacturer of this product
