I’d emphasize the comforting heat feature that soothes my neck muscles, the lightweight design making it easy to use, and the soft texture that adds to the overall comfort of the massager. It’s a perfect blend of functionality and convenience.

Doesn't deserve even one star. First use assessment; terrible, cheap. Half of the nodes didn't work. It's not very strong, as you have to lean on it to feel anything. And if you press too hard, the half that is working stops. The magnet to hold it on the neck is not strong enough to hold it in place. Oh, and you're not told that there's a VOICE emanating from the device that you can barely hear telling you something... You definitely DON'T get what you pay for. Should have gotten the cheaper one with the stronger strap. Who knows? Maybe it would have worked. Besides that, unlike ebay, you can't contact the seller with complaints. Must be nice...

This appliance reliefs me from my daily neck pain after sitting in front of my monitor. Given I can wear it for long periods during my work, it also serves as a gesture guide to remind me by lifting my chin. Use it and you will like it.

Must have small neck, not even close for me, barely holds for wife. Clasp is magnetic, doesn't h9ld very well. Would not buy again.

I was disappointed to say the least. It is uncomfortable, the velcro doesn't work properly - the only thing that is convenient is the battery.And it was too expensive for the purpose and the fact that you can't actually close it so it fits right due to the poor velcro mechanism makes it unuseful for me.

Used it for my neck wich worked really good and being very flexible also used it for my lower back.

Have been using this massage band for 3 weeks, whole family love it. The control panel is very simple, easy to set up with different speed and strngth level. Heating function is another credit, I always turned it on when was using it. Good job！

It has minimal heat if you do feel it. It has three settings for massage… can’t tell a difference before or after. At least holds a charge. Cost is way to high for what it says it offers.
