Two left knees that aren't "One size fits all"?
Both pads' straps are attached to go on the left knee with the ends of the straps on the outside of of the left leg. There is no right knee pad provided. Not so bad if you don't care that you look stupid and are guilty of buying second hand goods. Then, their statement "one size fits all should read one size fits all extra large people. The straps are definitely extra long to get around a big knee... the problem is the velcro pieces are too short to accommodate a medium or smaller leg. Maybe wrapping the straps around twice could suffice if there were any instructions; of which there is none. Clearly I was unable to actually wear the pads so there is no comment on durability or comfort.
