Great quality…was easy to install.Clean your rail and I used dish soap in a sprayer bottle to lubricate rail.2 person job…one to pull and another to feed into the dual sliding rail.Keep the garage door shoulder level and it made it easier by having the new gasket over my shoulder when I fed it into the rail.30 minute job!My garage doors are over 15 years old and moulding was falling apart so the horseshoe type or round looking triangle ends are what it took.Just look at your rail end to see what type you need…this was the Wayne Dalton type.

Works and was easy to find.
Thank you Amazon! The last time i needed this stuff was eleven years ago. I had to search all over my state just to find one vendor that sold it. Still sucks to install but at least I can fix the torn seal.

Works quite well
This was a little difficult to install. Took 2 people to apply but the fit is perfect. Looks good, Happy to find this item on Amazon.
