I bought it maybe 2 months ago and since then have had the same parsley sitting in my fridge! The parsley has yellowed a bit and has probably reached the end of its life now at 2 months, but I can’t believe it even came close to lasting that long! Usually when I buy fresh herbs, I can get like 4-5 days out of them, this things allowed me to keep the same ones in the fridge mess free for two months. Just as a little side note, it instructs you to replace the water every few days, and while this is definitely the best way to use this product, I probably changed my water a total of 3 times in the last two months and even that didn’t become cloudy or gross. This is genuinely one of the best products I have EVER bought and I highly highly highly recommend it to anyone who uses fresh herbs in their cooking.

A: Yes, it is dishwasher safe.

**Q: How do you get a full bunch of parsley or cilantro without squishing it all laterally? I trimmed for height, but that's bad too because I use stems.**
A: I just clips the stems 1/4 inch with scissors. 
Then just squeeze it in. 
It does a great job keeping cilantro fresh and I love it.

**Q: Can you mix the greens in this? Say, rosemary mixed with green onions?**
A: Sure. We often keep both parsley and basil in the container simultaneously.

This works as they describe. It really does keep the herbs fresh for weeks. The only issue is trying to get the top on since you have to align it with the tube that comes up through the middle. Absolutely love this and have been using it for close to a year.
